This Privacy Policy explains how OrbitApps and its products collect, use, and protect your information. By using our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

Our apps do not collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.

b. App Data

All data you enter in our apps (expenses, records, goals, reflections, habits) is:

• Stored locally on your device
• Not transmitted to any external server
• Not shared with third parties

3. Camera Permission

Some apps may request access to your device's camera for optional features such as scanning receipts or attaching images. Camera access is:

• Used only when you explicitly choose to use it
• Never used in the background
• Images are stored locally on your device
• Images are not uploaded or shared

4. Network Connections

Our apps work offline. They do not require an account, and the data you enter never leaves your device. There are only two situations in which an app contacts a server, and neither one sends your financial data, your records, or anything that identifies you personally:

a. In-app announcements

Wallety occasionally shows an announcement card — for example, news about a new version, or a question about a feature we are considering. To do this, the app downloads a small static file from our website. The same file is sent to everyone.

• The request contains no identifiers — no account, no device ID, no advertising ID
• It does not include your app version, language, or any information about you
• Nothing is uploaded. The app only reads the file
• We do not track whether you saw or tapped an announcement
• You can turn this off entirely in Settings → Notifications

Which announcement you see, if any, is decided on your device — not by us.

b. Purchases

If you buy a subscription or a lifetime unlock, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to check whether your purchase is active. This is what lets the app unlock paid features and restore them on a new device.

• This involves a randomly generated ID, not your name or email
• It carries no financial data from the app — no expenses, budgets, or balances
• It is used only to confirm your purchase status

Beyond these two, our apps contain no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you remain in full control of your information at all times.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
