By using the YourApp application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription. Payments are processed through the App Store or other designated platforms. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are described in the App. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the relevant platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App belong to OrbitApps or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App content without permission.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms or for any unlawful activity. You may also stop using the App at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your use is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
